The news is not good for you poor Toyota owners.
Some lawyers are now stating that if, as an owner, you have received a recall notice from Toyota that you have a fault on your car you should not take to the roads with it.
The police could also call over a Toyota for a roadside check, and similar to above, if you have received a recall notice you could be charged with driving a vehicle with a known fault.
On the other hand the Association of British Insurers have added controversy by stating that ALL Toyota car insurances are valid.
Question now is.. as a Toyota owner will you now risk taking your Toyota car on the road, accident or not, and risk a possible prosecution?
