Oh so simple, why has it taken so long to be invented? We’re talking about a new type oftraffic light which has an extra outside circle of lights which, when the red light is displayed, provides a “count-down” display to the red light changing.
This application is good news for the environment by cutting down on CO2 emissions, good news for car drivers as a fuel saver and also as a timely warning to be ready to move off.
If this design, called the Eko light is taken up then its designer Damjan Stankovic from Belgrade could have hit the jackpot
