Starting on the 4th. March, the 80th. Geneva International Motor Show opens its doors Monday-Friday 10am- 8pm and Saturday and Sunday at 9am- 7pm.
The show’s location at 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex is less than 1 mile from Geneva airport giving international visitors the option of a flying-in day visit or a stay in one of the abundance of local hotels.
Among the cars expected to draw huge attention are the:- Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Renault Wind, Mazda 5 and 6, Nissan Juke, Volkswagen CrossGolf and of course the new BMW range.
Concepts expected to be of interest are:- Citroen DS High Rider, Peugeot SR1, and the Ied EYE concept.
With this motor show being the first of the European season it remains to be seen whether it will provide the required confidence to restart the engine of the presently subdued motor industry.
