Formula1 Injustice

Today’s Belgian GP had anguish and excitement from start to finish.
It was anguish for Webber who was on pole at the start but down to seventh by the first corner.
The excitement, for Hamilton fans, was could he stay ahead and on the track to get those valuable 25 points for a win, he did this despite a trip into the gravel which slowed him down a bit.
But it was Vettel who was the main topic after the race. In trying to squeeze into a miniature gap on the inside of Button and in the wet he lost control and rammed the side of Button’s car, which put Button out of the race and effectively the championship; for this Vettel’s only punishment was a drive through the pit lane.
However Vettel didn’t stop there, he later squeezed past Liuzzzi’s car and in so doing took off part of Liuzzi’s front wing and punctured his own left rear tyre.
No punishment resulted from the second incident but the question to be asked is, was he punished enough for taking another driver out of the race and the championship due to what many experts say was dangerous driving. Is this kind of driving a German trait?
Vettel is reported to have apologised to Button but that hardly makes amends does it?
