Are Ferrari Back?

German GP at Hockenheim with Alonso leading Massa home and Vettel claiming third, while Hamilton, Button and Webber followed in that order.
That’s the race result, however at a later enquiry Ferrari were handed a $100,000 fine (which is petty cash to them) for – allegedly- issuing team orders, which are banned, by the stewards, to let Alonso pass as ,quote, “he’ faster than you”; at the finish 20 laps later Massa was only 4.1 secs behind having raced and matchedAlonso for those 20 laps.
How will Massa accept that decision by Ferrari as there are enough points to be won in the remaining races for him to take the championship, Ferrari have previously made this kind of decision when Schumacher was driving for them.
Also, the stewards have referred the matter to the governing body, the FIA, who have unlimited powers on the penalties they can impose which include disqualification, demotion of position and additional fines.
To contradict a comment by commentator Kenneth Wolstenholme “ it’s not all over yet”.
