The 2012 New VW Golf Is Here Now

Unlike aircraft arrivals in these “ash cloud” days which can arrive anywhere at anytime (if arrive they do) the new VW Golf has arrived a full 2 years ahead of schedule.
With its new square body shape this seventh generation variant of this ever popular family car, from its new external look to an all new lightweight platform making its already fuel efficient engines even more frugal, this VW Golf will be setting new standards for its competitors to try to catch up to.
Future body variants of this Golf are expected to include a four door coupe and a soft top convertible while new power sources are expected to be supplied from small capacity turbo units similar to existing units now installed in the current Polo model, however VW’s Bluemotion diesels are expected to provide the star statistics giving this new look VW Golf a below 100g/km of carbon gas emissions and a fuel consumption figure in the region of 80mpg.
Taking into consideration Volkswagen’s guaranteed quality build, consistently high residual values and now low carbon emissions and extremely frugal fuel consumption, who will there be rushing out to buy limited performance all-electric cars costing more than £10,000 dearer than this new Golf.
