We're all urged to be green friendly with our motoring but with the price of hybrid cars as they are you can buy a new petrol or diesel small car for CHEAPER than the price of a 2nd. hand hybrib.
What price will you pay to go green?

I wouldn't buy one right now, they're too outlandishly dear.
Ask me when they are similar in price to petrol/diesel models, until then I'll keep saving for my boob job darling.

I'm with you misscarbody.

I'm with you misscarbody. Carbon emissiopns are being reduced on all cars nowadays so why pay top dollar for hybrids.

It's an interesting point.

It's an interesting point. I've just had a quick scout around on eBay for 2nd hand hybrids. There were a few Prius for sale for around the £3k mark, which isn't too bad but of course it depends on your budget. They were 2007 models though. Older hybrids might be a bit less than that. The fact remains that you can still buy cheaper petrol/diesel cars and as environmentally conscious as we have to be nowadays, the consumer's choice is only as powerful as the money in their wallet. Sad but true.
