I'm looking for a low mileage, reliable convertible for under 5k. Needs to have low runnig costs too. I'd be interested in any feedback other users might have on the following

Ford StreetKa
Nissan Figaro
Peugeot 206
Mazda MX-5
Vauxhall Tigra

I'd really prefer an Audi TT or Beemer Z3 but i have bob hope of getting one of them for 5k

5K for a convertible.

Hi Oscar,
I previously had a lovely 206 cabriolet which I was loathe to part with,a smashing car to drive (and be seen in ).
If you;re looking for a 206 there's a hard top retractable 2001 model for £4995 just outside Oxfrod.

Hi Oscar , I've been driving

Hi Oscar , I've been driving an MX5 for the last 3 years and it really gives you the thrill of open air motoring. They are very reliable cars and you should get 35-40 mpg. Good luck.

HI Oscar, the StreetKa is

HI Oscar, the StreetKa is extremely cheap to run and good fun to drive, not as strong an 'image' as the others but very pratical... There's even a hard top availalbe on some models. Only thing i was told to watch out for was the suspension but no trouble so far
