Ist. Korean Grand Prix Set To Be A “Stormer”

With the line-up for the inaugural Korean GP now sorted, we as spectators should be guaranteed a race from the start, with Vettel on pole followed by Webber, Alonso, Hamilton, Rosberg, Massa and Button.
The actual start could see a change in the leaders as the Red Bulls are not at their fastest on the long straights, as there are here, so it is anybody’s guess for the leadership after the first lap and also the race.

The Saab Saga Continues

It seems the Swedish car company Saab is not being allowed to be pushed over the horizon to oblivion.
In recent months we have seen bids on the table from fellow Swedish car company Koenigsegg and Spyker Cars of Holland who tabled an improved offer only last night (Jan 7th.)
Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone is the latest to throw his cap (ok, money) into the ring by backing the bid of Luxembourg investment group Genii Capital.

Silverstone Secures The British Grand Prix

A new deal signed today will see the  Formula1 British Grand Prix safe at Silverstone for the next 17 years.
The deal has been signed following the Silverstone management agreeing to complete the redevelopment of the pit lane and paddocks by 2011.
